Previously, Lepore held leadership positions at The Charles Schwab Company where she was an early leader in ecommerce, playing a key role launching and building Schwab's highly successful online business. During her 21 year tenure, Lepore was vice chairman of technology, operations, administration, strategy and active trader. She was also a member of Schwab's Executive Committee and a trustee of SchwabFunds.
Lepore serves on the boards of eBay, Inc. and The New York Times Company and previously served on the board of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She has been honored four times by Fortune Magazine as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in American Business.
Jon Axelsson

Jon Axelsson, vice president, operations, has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain operations. He joined drugstore.com in 2008. Under his leadership, the distribution center has doubled capacity and throughput, lowered the cost of shipping orders and improved the customer experience. Axelsson previously held management positions with Wawa, Inc., QVC, Inc., May Department Stores, and UPS.
Perry Evoniuk

Perry Evoniuk vice president, enterprise architecture, has more than 25 years of progressively responsible IT experience. He joined drugstore.com in 1999. Previously, he led research and development at Attachmate, and at Hughes Aircraft, played a critical role in developing a high speed, real-time system to deliver tactical defense information to naval carriers.

Julie Johnston

Julie Johnston, vice president of over-the-counter merchandising, has nearly 20 years of retail experience, nearly half of it in ecommerce. She joined drugstore.com in 2000 and has successfully launched and expanded non-prescription product categories. Prior to joining the company, she was with Sears, Roebuck and Co., where she grew women's updated footwear from $50 to $200 million and was honored three times as Buyer of the Year. She has also worked for Marshall Field's in Chicago and Dayton-Hudson (now Target).
Ron Kelly
Vice President, Customer and Pharmacy Services
Ron Kelly, vice president, customer and pharmacy services, has more than 17 years in retail and ecommerce. He joined the company in 1999 and has held senior positions in business development, customer service, pharmacy, procurement, logistics, and merchandising. Prior to joining drugstore.com, Kelly spent seven years with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he specialized in publicly held retail companies including Starbucks, Quality Food Centers, and Fred Meyer, which was acquired by Kroger Foods.
David Lonczak

David Lonczak, vice president and chief marketing officer, has nearly 20 years of broad experience in consumer marketing and business development. He joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for customer acquisition, retention marketing, promotional planning, site production, and creative services. Previously he held management, marketing, and development positions at Cingular Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Starbucks and Procter & Gamble.
Kathleen McNeill

Kathleen McNeill, vice president of beauty, has more than 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Since joining the company in 2006, she has significantly grown beauty revenue and signed more than 50 prestige beauty brands. She also led a successful redesign of Beauty.com to create a more personal online shopping experience. Previously, McNeill held leadership roles at Sephora and Sephora.com, Bath and Body Works, and Macy's.
Yukio Morikubo

Prior to joining the company in 2006, he was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Advanced Digital Information Corporation. At Cingular Wireless, formerly AT&T Wireless, he served as chief counsel for the International division and was primary legal advisor for the company's multi-billion dollar investments in more than a dozen countries. Morikubo also practiced with the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP.

Richard Bennet has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience in the retail industry. He is currently Co-Chief Executive Officer of CCA Global Partners, a cooperative of independent retail stores providing buying service and infrastructure to 3,600 locations with revenues of over $10 billion. Previously, Mr. Bennet was President and Chief Executive Officer of Direct Holdings Worldwide, an international direct marketing business with a variety of holdings including Lillian Vernon catalog and Time Life entertainment, a leader in the sale of books, music and video products through television, direct mail, retail, Internet and print. He began his career as an assistant buyer with Famous Barr department stores in St. Louis in 1975. He progressed into several management roles including President and CEO of Famous Barr and Kaufmanns in Pittsburgh. In 2000, he was appointed Vice Chairman of May Department Stores, a $14 billion retail enterprise. Bennet received his undergraduate degree in business from Central Missouri State University and an MBA from Washington University.

Jeff Killeen is chairman and chief executive officer of GlobalSpec Inc., Troy, N.Y., a leading vertical search, information services and e-media company serving the engineering, manufacturing and related scientific and technical markets.
He joined the drugstore.com board of directors in August 2006, and brings to the board more than 25 years of executive management experience within the media, Internet, retail e-commerce and information services industries.
Before becoming CEO of GlobalSpec in 2002, Killeen was CEO of Forbes.com, where he led the development of Forbes' portfolio of online financial information and electronic publishing businesses. Prior to Forbes.com, he served as chief operating officer of Barnes & Noble.com and helped grow that organization from a startup to one of the world's largest consumer e-commerce companies. Killeen also was CEO of SBC/Pacific Bell's electronic media and Internet group, and was a senior vice president in Dun & Bradstreet's marketing information and Reuben H. Donnelley yellow pages businesses.
In addition to GlobalSpec and drugstore.com, he also serves on the Boards of SkyTerra Corp., The Center for Disability Services, The Lake George Opera Company and The Fund for Lake George.
Killeen received a B.A. in Government & Political Science from St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y.
William D. Savoy
Consultant
William Savoy has served as a director of drugstore.com inc. since July 1999. Since May 2005, he has served as a consultant for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, providing assistance with strategic planning, economic development and portfolio management.
He also served in various capacities at Vulcan Inc., Paul Allen's organization, and its predecessor companies, from 1988 to September 2003. Most recently, he was the president of the portfolio and asset management division of Vulcan Inc., managing Vulcan's commercial real estate, hedge fund, treasury and other financial activities, and served as the president of both Vulcan Northwest and Vulcan Ventures.
From June 1989 until its sale in June 1990, Savoy was the president and chief executive officer of software company Layered, Inc., and was its chief financial officer from August 1988 to June 1989.
Savoy also is a director of Bsquare Corp. He received a B.S. in computer science, accounting and finance from Atlantic Union College, South Lancaster, Mass.
Gregory S. Stanger

Mr. Stanger has served on the board of drugstore.com since 2003. From June 2005 to June 2009 he served as Venture Partner of Technology Crossover Ventures ("TCV"), a venture capital firm investing in technology companies. From December 2003 until June 2005, Mr. Stanger served as Executive in Residence of TCV. He served as senior vice president, chief financial officer, and director of Expedia Inc., an online travel company, from February 2002 to December 2003 and as its chief financial officer from October 1999 to December 2003. Before joining Expedia, he served as senior director, corporate development of Microsoft Corporation from 1998 to 1999 and held various positions within Microsoft's corporate development department from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Stanger has served on the board of directors of Netflix, Inc., an online movie rental company, since 2005. He also serves on the boards of DeepDyve, Bridgevine and Global Market Insite. Mr. Stanger received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
